Return Exchange & Damage Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please return your order within 14 days and we will gladly give you an exchange or refund.

Returned items must arrive with us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging within 21 days of you receiving your order. Please ensure that you use adequate packing materials to ensure the goods are not damaged during return transit.

We recommend thay you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your items. These are available free of charge at the post office, and will enable us to action your refund should the parcel be delayed or lost in the post.

We will advise you when your exchange or refund has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund in full (including postage charges).

Please call us on 01423 858 111 within 3 days of receiving your order to obtain instructions on how to return the goods to us.
