Christmas Deliveries

For UK orders placed before 1.30pm, we will dispatch your goods the same day, usually using Royal Mail's first class service. Royal Mail have published their reccomended last posting day as Tuesday 20th December. We will of course continue to post products up to and including Friday 23rd December, but we can not guarantee a pre christmas delivery after the 20th December cut off. 

If you decide to choose our premium next day courier service, Fedex have advised us that they will collect up until Thursday 22nd December for a Friday 23rd December delivery. For this service, orders should be place with us no later than 12.30pm on Thursday 22nd December.

For international shipments, we reccomend that you email us for information on delivery to your specific country. We will do our best to find a suitable solution for your needs. info@exitinteriors.co.uk

Standard Weighted Delivery UK is charged as the name suggests, by the weight of the products you order, and our system will automatically calculate the weight as you add items to your shopping basket.

The price bands we use are as follows:
0-100g = £2.50
101-250g = £2.95
251-500g = £3.50
501-750g = £3.95
751-1000g = £4.50
1001-1250g = £4.95
1251-2000g = £5.95
2001-9750g = £7.95
9751-19750g = £11.95

We always aim to dispatch orders the day they are received providing we receive the order before 1.30pm (Monday to Friday), and we generally use 1st class post. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday morning.

Recorded delivery or a courier service is often used, and a signature may therefore be required. If you think you'll be out, please state an alternative delivery address, e.g. your workplace or a neighbours name and address where they will sign for the parcel on your behalf.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Courier) is available at £8.00 (for orders placed before 1.30pm). This option is available Monday to Thursday only, please see the note below for Saturday delivery. Please note that a signature will always be required for next day deliveries. If you wish to check an item before ordering to ensure it's in stock, please telephone for assistance (01423 858 111) Monday to Saturday 10am - 5.30pm, Sunday 11.00 - 4.30pm.

Saturday delivery is available by request at an additional cost, please telephone 01423 858 111 for details and prices.

Delivery outside the UK is available up to 1.75 kilo's in weight and up to 90cm (combined dimension) in size. Please be aware that deliveries can take up to 25 days to arrive. We are able to arrage deliveries over this weight and size via a courrier service, and the prices are included in the table below.
