Delivery Policy

Standard Weighted Delivery UK is charged as the name suggests, by the weight of the products you order, and our system will automatically calculate the weight as you add items to your shopping basket.

The price bands we use are as follows:
0-250g = £3.00
251-500g = £4.00
501-10 kilos = £5.00

We always aim to dispatch orders the day they are received providing we receive the order before 3.00pm (Monday to Friday), and we generally use 1st class post. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday morning.

Our products are highlighted with either a "next day delivery" or a "48 hour delivery" icon. The delivery is determined by the weight of the products, so please be aware that if several "next day" items are combined together, the weight may well push the overall shipment into our "48 hour delivery" category.

Recorded delivery or a courier service is often used, and a signature may therefore be required. If you think you'll be out, please state an alternative delivery address, e.g. your workplace or a neighbours name and address where they will sign for the parcel on your behalf.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery(Courier) is available at £8.00 (for orders placed before 3pm). Please note that a signature will always be required for next day deliveries. Saturday delivery is available by request at an additional cost, please telephone 01423 858 111 for details and prices.

Delivery outside the UK is available up to 1.5 kilo's in weight and up to 90cm (combined dimension) in size.

1251-1500g = £12.00
1501-2500g = £40.00 (we will advise you if in some cases this estimate is too low)

251-500g = £12.00
501-750g = £14.00
751-1000g = £18.00
1001-1250g = £20.00
1251-1500g = £22.00
1501-2500g = £50.00 (we will advise you if in some cases this estimate is too low)

Packaging Materials, We hope you don’t mind……… we regularly ship orders in a pre-used box. We do this wherever possible to do our bit for the planet. In addition, we also try to re-cycle packing material. Please rest assured however, that we never compromise the safety of your order by shipping in damaged boxes or by using inappropriate packing materials.
